How to use this Website:Login:It is not necessary for you to register in order to shop our online store. However, many of our customers like the convenience of viewing their purchase history online. "Casting" is the category in which you would find carving wax, under the subcategory "Carving & Injection Wax". Follow the drop down menu from category to subcategory to refine your product search. You can also browse for items using the keyword search field. Broad, less-specific search terms will result in many pages of results, modify search terms to reach the desired item. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. return to topOrder Fulfillment:The Naja Tool & Supply will make every attempt to ship an order within two business days of receipt. (Business days are defined as: Monday through Friday 9:00am Mountain Time to 5:00pm Mountain Time, exclusive of holidays.) In the event of a delay, we will send you an e-mail with the expected shipping date. If only a partial shipment is possible, due to out of stock conditions, a backorder will be created until such time as the remainder of the order can be filled. You will only be billed for those items we ship. When the backordered items arrive in stock, the remainder of your order will be processed and shipped. return to topShipping Charges:Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. The minimum shipping charge is $10.00 US Dollars or 5% of the order subtotal, whichever is greater. For UPS Next Day Air service the minimum charge is $25.00 US Dollars or 15% of the order subtotal, whichever is greater. return to topSales Tax:All orders shipping to a Colorado address will be billed the Colorado State Sales Tax (currently 4.1%). Additionally, all orders shipped to Zip Code 80221 will be billed the Unincorporated Adams County Tax (currently .75%). Businesses with Colorado Resale Tax licenses or Tax Exempt Organizations will not be charged sales tax if the Naja has a facsimile copy of the business's tax license on file. Orders shipping outside the State of Colorado will not be billed for sales tax. return to topReturn Policy:The Naja Tool & Supply will gladly refund the purchase price for any item you wish to return unused, in the original packaging for any reason within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply to orders returned after 30 days. Returns for repair, replacement or refund will be accepted within the item's warranty period and are at the discretion of The Naja Tool & Supply. All returns must be approved in advance. Please e-mail sales@najatools.com stating the reason for return and your invoice number. You will be given a Return Authorization number. Please write this number on the outside of the package. return to topDamage Claims:In the event of damage in shipping please do the following: 1. If the shipping container is obviously damaged please inform the delivery person at the time of receipt. 2. Save the container. 3. Call The Naja (888-340-6252) or e-mail sales@najatools.com immediately and reference your invoice number and the carrier's tracking number found on the shipping label. We will initiate the claim for damage relief.
